As a **Civil/Structural DesignEngineer** at Frontier-Kemper, you will have the opportunity to: be an integral member of the Engineering Division at Frontier-Kemper Constructors, Inc. The Civil/Structural Engineer will work on mining and heavy civil construction projects as well as hoisting equipment projects. Design work will include construction plan preparation, hoisting equipment design and manufacture, mining shaft and slope design, and construction support for all aspects of mining and heavy civil construction projects. Requirements:
Must possess a bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited college or university.
Target experience of five (5) years of experience in design, installation, testing and/or repair of ships and ship systems aboard US Navy, Military Sealift Command and/or US Coast Guard ships.
Direct experience in ship repair and installation of Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) systems and equipment on surface ships and submarines.
