Position Description
We're looking for an experienced, full stack (though frontend leaning), staff-level engineer to help lead the technical direction within the team responsible for our axe Developer Hub product and component libraries. We work primarily in TypeScript, Node.js, and ReactJS. This position will be responsible for helping us extend our current functionality to store and display scan results from a multitude of different scanning sources so that our customers can take action and improve the accessibility of their products.
As a more senior member of the team, you will be responsible for developing on both the frontend and backend, shipping accessible UI pages & components, APIs, and services. You will actively help in reinforcing a culture of constant improvement, proven engineering practices, and regularly pairing with other engineers to mentor and guide them to level up in a positive environment. You will also be expected to contribute to CI/CD infrastructure, technical discussions, write technical proposals, and help the team improve its processes on a regular basis. Qualifications:
8-10 years of post-doctoral professional experience in mechanical design or thermal systems engineering.

Direct experience with liquid cooling, direct-to-chip, or hybrid air/liquid cooling systems.
Strong understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics in high-density environments.
Demonstrated experience working with design and construction teams through all project phases.
Proficiency with CFD modeling tools (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, 6SigmaDCX, Icepak) and mechanical design software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar).

Responsibilities:
Design Management
