Preferred Qualifications: Significant Experience as Process Engineer / Process Owner over Chemical Cleaning, Chemical Etching, Chemical Stripping, Plating, Anodizing, Paint, and DFL processes. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills. Familiarity with Nadcap System and Audit requirements for Chemical Processing. Advanced degree in Material Science, Metallurgical, or Chemical Engineering preferred.
