Organizes work to ensure all deadlines are met Design of HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, municipal, institutional and healthcare facilities Perform HVAC building calculations, equipment selection, specification writing, etc. Field-discovery skills and MEP troubleshooting experience Assist or manage scope, schedule, budget, and delivery of projects Researches new applications Coordinate as a team with the other Harriman disciplines for building design Requirements No previous experience as a mechanical designer is required. Familiar with the basic principles of engineering, knowledge, basic math, physics, and mechanical science applicable to the field. Undergrad Degree (2 years minimum) in Mechanical Engineering (other engineering or technical degrees to be considered on a case-by-case basis). Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
