Essential Job Results: Improve labor utilization by auditing the current labor standard against the planned labor standard and recommend areas for potential improvement. Next, implement & update the labor standard to reflect this productivity improvement. Prepare work standards and operating guidelines by writing or updating policies, procedures, and work methods.
