Job Description Oversee the creation, development and implementation of manufacturing details and processes to maintain proper product functionality, traceability and cost efficiency. FLSA: Exempt Job Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, design, and implement manufacturing processes for new and existing firearm product designs while providing budgetary estimates for equipment, tools, gages, and production rate. Use project management techniques to procure tooling and equipment for new products to meet launch timelines and cost targets. Identify areas for improvement and conduct formal cost savings analysis using established procedures. Determine problem resolutions and implement improvements to quality and throughput. Recommend and implement technological alterations and enhancements to improve quality of products, procedures, and the output and quality of manufacturing processes.
