Develops and maintains master volume sheets for projects recording dig/pay, volume remaining, shoaling, slopes, etc. Plans out and coordinates all acceptance, progress, and third-party surveys. Competent in drafting contract RFIs Assists in scheduling & staffing of field engineers Ability to fill in as Project Manager as needed Handles auxiliary management duties when needed such as client interface, fueling appointments, delay troubleshooting, and subcontractor management. Responsible for the preventative maintenance, repairing, and continual operation of all Central Laundry Facility equipment. The Laundry Plant Engineer II assists with the daily laundry production and adjusts the equipment as necessary to ensure the quality of the finished linen and terry items. Responsible for closely monitoring the equipment throughout the production process to ensure operational down-time is minimized. Reports directly to the Laundry Chief Engineer. Engineer II assists the Laundry Director of Operations, Laundry Chief Plant Engineer, Production Manager, Production Supervisor, and Laundry Attendants to maximize plant productivity and efficiencies. This role will require the Engineer II to perform maintenance services after production hours while the laundry machines are not in operation. Responsibilities 1. Provide daily routine preventative maintenance and repairs to all Central Laundry equipment to include greasing/ lubricating, checking belt and/ or chain tension, making sure the equipment is clean and lint-free and performing a general inspection to ensure proper functionality. 2. Maintain and track inventory spare parts, supplies, tools, and equipment. 3. Works with all of the production and mechanical equipment throughout the plant. 4. Attends all departmental, company- wide, and factory in-service training and education programs. 5.
