What You'll Do

Ensure our designs meet all relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, LEED, NFPA, etc.).

Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to our project teams.

What We're Looking For
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
8+ years of experience in mechanical design or design-build roles, especially in HVAC and piping systems.
A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
LEED Accreditation is a plus.

Summary:
Apply engineering principles, standards, and practices to develop and maintain electronic/electrical system requirements.
Draft statements of work, technical performance specs, and translate requirements into system architectures, hardware/software designs, and interface specifications with full traceability.
Define and execute test/validation methods to confirm performance, while resolving integration issues and production anomalies.
Research emerging technologies for future designs and provide lifecycle support, including solving fielded hardware/software issues.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance and integration.
100% onsite at St. Louis-area locations; some programs may require domestic or international travel.

Requirements:

Monitors work quality and productivity for recently launched products.
Researches, creates, and details specifications for purchasing to procure goods and services necessary to meet finished product requirements.

Evaluates needs for testing of new and existing products and determines best methods to execute.

Qualifications & Skills

In all other markets, the base salary pay range for Consultant level is $96,000-$135,000 and for Senior Consultant level it is $110,000-$155,000.
In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
