Overall Purpose:

Prepare meter recommendations that ensure proper design of meter installations.
Work collaboratively with Meter Services team members to identify and solve complex metering issues that impact customer billing.
Provide support and management of meter inventory and shop testing scripting with meter management software.
Provide technical input for software technology and testing related to the Metering Services Organization.
Independently create, modify and run SQL and scripting languages as necessary to provide or modify data needed for operations.

As an Application Engineer, you will need to learn the company's products, mobile applications, web applications, Content Management System (CMS), and backend infrastructure quickly, and then use your engineering skills to deploy, configure, support, and troubleshoot our products and the backend infrastructure underneath it.
You will act as the technical bridge between clients and the engineering/product teams, as a part of our platform/product operations team. THE REQUIREMENTS
