How you will stand out
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in thermal design or CFD simulation for electronics, servers, or data-center systems.
Proficient in simulation tools such as Flotherm, Icepak, Fluent, or Ansys Mechanical for thermal/fluid analysis.
Solid understanding of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics principles.
Experience in air-cooling and liquid-cooling system design, including component-level heat exchangers and integrated thermal modules.
Familiar with materials, manufacturing methods, and mechanical structures related to heat sinks, vapor chambers, and cold plates.
Ability to correlate simulation results with experimental data for performance validation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy and modeling detail.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work closely with cross-functional R&D teams.
