Job Responsibilities:
* Support VDC Project Managers in the production of VDC deliverables for assigned projects.
* Support VDC leaders with updating VDC content libraries and standard work documentation.
* Develop 3D models for site logistics, phase planning, virtual mockups, and MEP coordination.
* Utilize BIM for visualization, constructability reviews, and design coordination.
* Collaborate on the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans.
* Create 2D/3D/4D/5D deliverables using Revit, Navisworks, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Fuzor, and cm Builder per project requirements.
* Support and facilitate 3D coordination and clash detection efforts with design teams, subcontractors, and fabricators.
* Provide training and technical support to project team members on accessing and using VDC deliverables and BIM tools.
* Contribute lessons learned and support continuous improvement across VDC processes.

* In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $77,000- $87,100, excluding fringe benefits or potential bonuses.
