Essential Functions Provide calculation-based improvements to existing standard engineering details and support the development of new standard engineering details. Collaborate with the engineering team to support the development of technical reference material and engineering design tools. Support the enhancement of the truss repair process with the development of repair tracking and typical repair detail catalogue under the guidance and direction of senior staff. Support special engineering projects, strategic initiatives, and new product R&D initiatives. Collaborate to engineer cold-formed steel trusses, components, and framing under the guidance and direction of senior staff for project specific applications. Collaborate with the engineering and software development teams to support software analytical validation, performance assessment and enhancement development.
