About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Build Supervisor to lead the electrical assembly, integration, and testing of advanced industrial automation systems. In this role, you'll work hands-on with control panels, field wiring, and automation equipment while supervising a team on the shop floor and at customer sites. You'll play a key role in ensuring systems are built right the first time, meet quality standards, and are delivered on schedule.
What You'll Do
Plan, track, and manage daily electrical build activities
Supervise electrical assembly, control panel wiring, and field cabling
Ensure materials are fully kitted and available as per the build plan
Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic drawings
Monitor build progress for quality, safety, and timelines
Lead system integration and testing as per ATP requirements
Prepare and maintain assembly and testing documentation
Drive best build practices, 5S, and safety compliance (PPE & standards)
Coordinate with engineering, quality, and project teams
Oversee dismantling, packing, and dispatch activities
Manage team resources, attendance, and productivity
Travel to customer sites when required
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
4-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation electrical build/manufacturing
Strong expertise in control panel wiring and field installations
Experience leading and managing teams of 10+ technicians
Knowledge of industrial networks such as EtherNet/IP and Profinet
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
