* Assess process capabilities, prioritizes process improvement opportunities, and innovates and implements process improvements on multiple and moderately complex processes.
* Execute the functional deliverables associated with tool design, Project Management, and Quality Systems.
* Creates technical reports, validations, and qualifications by capturing experimental results.

* 3D solid modelling (e.g. SolidWorks or related software).
* Hands-on experience with machining and 3D prototyping methods preferred.
* Knowledge of silicone and plastic molding preferred.
* Good communication & interpersonal skills.
