Qualifications:
2 to 5 years' professional experience within an architectural firm with design of large-scale projects.
Multifamily experience preferred.
Advanced degree in Architecture or Design preferred with a rigorous design education.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Outstanding graphic presentation skills.
Meticulous with all drawings.
Time management skills to honor deadlines and schedules.
Strong, persuasive communicator with excellent verbal presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex design concepts to clients.
Ability to use 2D/3D software, including AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX, SketchUp, PhotoShop, In Design and Illustrator , and PowerPoint.
Ability to produce hand sketch conceptual / schematic drawings.
Use of REVIT a plus.
