Key Responsibilities Design and develop handbags and backpacks for the Juniors and Kids markets Create original textile prints, patterns, and graphic artwork aligned with seasonal trends Produce detailed flat sketches, tech packs, and line sheets Manage sample send-outs and communicate with vendors and factories Ensure product accuracy through clear specifications, organization, and follow-up Collaborate cross-functionally with Production and Merchandising to meet deadlines Qualifications 3+ years of accessories design experience; handbags/backpacks strongly preferred Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Strong understanding of textile print design and development Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to work with urgency Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
