Primary function details:
- Create innovative design solutions for forward thinking Trade & Digital marketing initiatives.
- Work with Trade and Digital teams to assess design needs from initial planning stages to implementing project launches.

- Support Trade Marketing Team in all design needs for flyers, POS materials, catalogues, tradeshows, and print ads.

Specific Skill Requirement

Salary Range: $55,000 to $60,000
The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of ICC's total compensation package for employees. In addition, ICC provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a U.S. citizen

Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of documented protective security experience. A Service-2 or Member-4 copy of the DD-214 must be provided for applicants using U.S military service as applicable experience.
Protective security experience is defined as a personal bodyguard, a designated security member of convoy or movement operations, or security services experience while actively carrying a firearm. Experience may only be gained by employment under a national/federal government, state government, city/municipal government, provincial or township government, or a government-licensed commercial entity that provides armed protective services. Experience as sworn law enforcement in the United States is always applicable.
A minimum of two (2) years of this experience must be as a DDM/sniper/sharpshooter. Candidates claiming military experience must have either a sniper military occupation specialty (MOS) or additional skill identifier (ASI). If claiming law enforcement experience for this requirement, it must be full-time and not as a collateral duty.
Obtain and maintain a personnel security clearance as identified in the contract (DOS Secret level). Clearance can be obtained during the application process.
Must attend and successfully complete a sniper/DDM/sharpshooter program issued by a military, law enforcement, or security (government or commercial) training program. This sniper/DDM/sharpshooter program must be of suitable complexity and quality to adequately prepare the graduate for successful performance as a WPS III DDM. What you bring to the table
Beck is looking for a qualified Senior Interior Design Coordinator to join our South Florida office. The Senior Interior Design Coordinator works with a Design Manager as well as the Architecture team regarding the overall completion of a project, carrying out the design intent using sound knowledge of Interior Design practices. Beck is one of the most advanced users of 3D modeling tools in the design process, so the candidate should be comfortable using Sketchup, Revit, Photoshop and more.
The job involves the following essential functions:
Collaborates with architects, project managers, and designers through all phases of the design process-from programming and concept development to documentation and construction administration.
Develops interior design concepts that reflect client vision, project goals, and architectural intent.
Prepares renderings, presentations, and finish plans; selects materials, furniture, fixtures, and lighting.
Incorporates integrated sustainable design principles and practices into all phases of the project.
Coordinates with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure accurate integration of design requirements and documentation.
Participates in and may lead client and internal design presentations.
Mentors junior staff and contributes to professional development.
Supports business development through client engagement and proposal assistance.

You also meet the following requirements:
A degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
4+ years of relevant work experience in interior design. Healthcare experience preferred.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to interior design.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Target Value Design and ability to collaborate with Preconstruction Team preferred.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles preferred.
Knowledge of Evidence Based Design principles preferred.
Professional certification or registration (such as NCIDQ or LEED) is a plus.
