We're looking for a sharp, creative, and reliable entry-level graphic designer who can take direction, follow brand guidelines, and execute clean visual work across digital and print. This is a production-heavy role with opportunities to grow into more conceptual and strategic work.
Essential Functions:
Design marketing collateral: social media graphics, email banners, digital ads, flyers, signage, etc.
Prepare files for print and digital output.
Assist senior designers with larger projects and campaign rollouts.
Maintain consistency with brand standards and templates.
Edit and revise files based on feedback.
Organize and manage assets, file naming, and version control.
Support the creative team on day-to-day tasks and deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
0-2 years of design experience (internships or freelance work count).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
Basic knowledge of print and digital specs.

The Virtual Design Coordinator 2 will be responsible for overseeing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects for all disciplines and act as a main point of contact for BIM related questions and concerns for the project team. This position will be expected to work within the project's monetary budget as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations.
Principal Responsibilities
• Review effectiveness and validate current standards and procedures
• Lead and attend project meetings with clients and consultants, including BIM project kickoff meetings
• Identify and lead team specific training and education needs for standards and BIM/Virtual Design tools
• Work to standardize workflows and practices between offices and teams
• Communicate with the project manager to determine model setup configuration and understand project scope requirements
• Manage project folder organization, file sharing, and file archival between IMEG disciplines and all external partners
• Provide team specific support for Virtual Design software/programs, escalating as needed
• Review working models and PDF deliverables for compliance with modeling and documentation standards
• Complete model maintenance as necessary applying best practices and standards
• Run clash detection reports, resolve clashes, and participate in the BIM coordination process

• Coordinate models and workflow between members of the design team
Required Skills/Abilities
• Strong Revit knowledge with emphasis on project setup and model management
• Ability to troubleshoot Revit/design software issues
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in the production of technical plans and models preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of colleagues and clients
• Proficient in Microsoft and MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
