In This Role In this role, you will support a high-visibility, enterprise-wide transformation program focused on improving customer experiences across the organization. You will partner with program leads and cross-functional stakeholders to plan and run program-related meetings, track actions and dependencies, and help anticipate risks while recommending next steps. A key part of the role involves creating clear, compelling written communications and presentation materials for executives and field teams to support program initiatives and drive alignment, adoption, and results. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and facilitate program and stakeholder meetings, including agenda creation, meeting preparation, and follow-up on action items Track assigned actions, risks, and dependencies, ensuring accountability and timely progress across multiple teams Proactively identify gaps, blockers, or change impacts and recommend practical next steps to keep programs on track Develop high-quality written communications and presentation materials (e.g., executive updates, enablement content, program summaries) Support change and adoption efforts by aligning messaging, training, and communications with program objectives Collaborate closely with program, project, and change management partners across internal organizations Contribute to continuous improvement of program processes, tools, and outcomes Operate effectively in a fully remote environment with stakeholders across multiple time zones Required Qualifications Prior experience supporting or driving programs or projects within a large, matrixed enterprise environment Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience, including cross-functional coordination Minimum 3 years of change management experience, supporting organizational or technology transformations Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create executive-ready documents and presentations Demonstrated experience managing meetings, tracking actions, and driving follow-through Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and navigate competing priorities Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours to support time zone differences (+/- 2-3 hours) Preferred Qualifications Experience working on or supporting complex, enterprise-scale transformation initiatives Formal change management training or certification (e.g., PROSCI) Program or project management certification (e.g., PMI) Experience creating content for field teams, sellers, or large distributed audiences Strong PowerPoint and storytelling skills tailored to executive and operational audiences Experience using data or metrics to measure program adoption, engagement, or outcomes Salary Range At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $110,000 to $115,000 annually. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate's qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
