Communicate with customers to understand pole and other technical requirements. Creates AutoCAD drawings Communicate with customers to gain clarity on ambiguity in customer drawings. Works closely with production to understand conflicts with customer drawings and production capabilities (location of hole relative to joint, hole size, etc.). Communicates with customers to explain McWane production limitations (hole sizes, hole locations relative to joint, etc.) and gains resolution to issues that work for both parties. Imports drawing details and truckloads into Enterprise software, a program used to manufacture poles Determines best way to bundle mixed truckloads. Works with production to resolve truckload bundling conflicts. Prioritizes multiple drawing jobs based on due dates. Keeps customer and company files organized and up to date.
