Overview
The Brand Production Designer transforms creative concepts into precise, print- and web-ready deliverables that bring the Verdes brand to life. This role combines technical design skill and brand fluency, with responsibilities such as developing packaging, print creative, and digital assets that maintain consistency while accommodating unique formats and production needs.
Key Responsibilities
Create print-ready artwork for packaging, labels, menus, posters, invitations, and other project-based collateral using Adobe Creative Cloud.
Collaborate directly with manufacturing teams to create, refine and maintain efficient in-house label and packaging design systems.
Develop vector graphics, dielines, templates, and other design files that extend a consistent brand identity into both product and promotional contexts.
Adapt and resize campaign creative for multiple formats (digital, print, in-store, large-scale, etc.) while maintaining visual integrity and call-to-action.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create, maintain and update a library of flexible design assets that present the Verdes brand consistently, favorably and accurately in different creative formats.
Work directly with print, packaging and accessory vendors to ensure color accuracy, material compatibility, and file readiness in a variety of formats.
Produce web and UI assets in coordination with developers to support ecommerce, landing pages, and promotional features.
Manage archive of finalized creative assets and templates for future use.
Ensure all deliverables align with brand strategy and support marketing objectives across retail and wholesale channels.
Track project timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in production design, graphic design, or related creative fields.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop; experience preparing dielines and packaging preferred.
Strong understanding of print production processes and file setup standards (CMYK, bleed, resolution, etc.).
Working knowledge of web asset preparation and UX/UI visual consistency.
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of handling multiple concurrent projects.

Responsible for the design of large format automotive, interior, and other graphics.

Requirements:
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
Requires frequent sitting for prolonged periods of time in an office setting.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Extreme attention to detail and accuracy in a high paced production art environment
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously to meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Strong work ethic and a great attitude.
Vehicle wrap and large format graphic creation a strong plus
Experience with Onyx Thrive rip software a plus.
Demonstrate professionalism with customers over the phone and in person.
