What We're Looking For:
* 3-5 years of experience in visual, brand, or marketing design
* Proven success with a portfolio demonstrating strong execution, craft, and real-world impact
* A strategic, execution-minded designer who understands how creative supports marketing goals, growth initiatives, and brand positioning
* Strong visual storytelling skills with a refined eye for layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy
* Fluency in modern design tools for used for print, events, and sales materials (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft PowerPoint)
* Experience in web design, including creating new website pages and flows for product launches
* Working knowledge of print design and production, including collaborating with external vendors and understanding print constraints
* Comfort working on a small, fast-moving team, balancing autonomy with collaboration

* Confidence presenting work and incorporating feedback from cross-functional partners and stakeholders

Compensation
