We are looking for a creative Art Director who wants to make a big impact and join the Bestow Marketing team! Specifically, a conceptual, pixel-obsessed art director who is always looking for the unexpected way to respond to a brief. A curious storyteller. Both conceptual and tactical. A thinker who sweats the small stuff.

Key Responsibilities:

* Investor, Client and Firm Communications - Create visual designs including advertising, print collateral, infographics as well as social media and digital marketing.
* Building the Brand - Responsible for creating materials/graphics that build the firm's brand locally and across North America. Reinforce consistent application of brand standards for all communications across a variety of internal and external channels.
* Consultation - Provide recommendations and develop visual solutions that achieve business objectives or communicate complex concepts in alignment with brand standards.

**Position description**

Senior Art Director-Campaigns is responsible for working with conceptual ideas and creating high-quality, innovative integrated campaign ideas that extend to an ecosystem of cohesive assets including television/OLV, digital, print, social, content, radio, non-traditional, and emerging media, and is responsible for the hands-on development of the visual aspect of the campaign, as well as building campaign assets. Should also be able to consistently execute refined design and typography and have a proven track record as a market-leading photo art director from concept to planning to completion.

+ 7 years of relevant experience in advertising, with demonstrated experience concepting and producing integrated campaigns for category-leading brands.

Senior Art Director-Campaigns should be a strategic thinker, and capable doer. Must be self-motivated and adept at managing their own workload. Must be able to present ideas clearly and concisely, and share best practices. This role will be a hands-on, working creative actively contributing to the concepting, development, and production of a variety of national advertising campaign work for Mayo Clinic.

Must be comfortable and productive in highly visible, high-pressure environments. Must have a proven history of creating innovative, award-winning work. Should be comfortable working within established brand guidelines while continuing to find new and interesting ways to express the brand within those guidelines. Must understand and defend the importance of brand consistency. Must be a consistent, accountable team player who leads by positive example ensuring solid chemistry, and has zero ego or attitude.
