Very negative environment the market leaders need to rethink how to create a positive culture They come into store and don’t acknowledge employees and never have anything positive to say always pointing out what is wrong The payroll model does not support the the expectations store managers have to work 50++ hours just to get things done Company really needs to look at others ways to save money so they don’t have to cut the associates who are putting money in the register if you are looking to be a store manager think again this role all you do is walk around all day picking up trash and shoes off the floor all day long The Favoritism in this market is felt by other leaders and if you don't drink the kool aid you wont make it

Very knowledgeable boss. There were two main guys and I was able to work with them and really execute in the Tucson Market.
There is a lot of great collaboration within the team. My coworkers are the absolute best part.
Not a lot of communication from corporate. There is perceived room to grow but favorites are definitely played within the district and growth is not always allowed.
