As a supporting pillar of our Creative team, you can expect to collaborate with the best of the best to develop breakthrough concepts and create visual solutions for integrated marketing campaigns. The Design Intern is curious, creative, and insightful, and works to support “out of the box” design solutions from start to finish, with oversight from experienced creatives who will guide the work through execution and launch. Position Duties and Responsibilities: Create and execute visual concepts that surpass client objectives Develop and implement designs with creative direction from senior creative staff Expand personal knowledge of design techniques and best practices Actively listen and participate in meetings, presentations, and brainstorming sessions (in person, by phone or video conference) Serve as a constant resource to the creative team Additional duties as requested Required Qualifications & Experience: Senior or recent grad with a bachelor's degree Working knowledge of the following technologies and software but not limited to: Figma, Lottie, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Sketch, InDesign, Animate, iOS, Android, design systems and other creative applications Desire to learn and understand the production process (e.g. optimizing graphics, compression settings, file size and image optimization, etc.) Strong creative portfolio A “can-do” approach to life Curiosity for new technology and emerging trends Excellent written and verbal communication skills A curious mindset, always asking “why” and “what else” Excitement!
