As a member of our Infrastructure and Services Group, you would contribute to CDM Smith's mission by:
- Designing systems ranging from basic to highly complex to meet client needs. This includes HVAC master planning and studies, HVAC and plumbing systems, mechanical systems such as co-generation, and centralized energy systems. The role also involves implementing energy efficiency improvements for large campus environments-including manufacturing facilities, hospitals, and water systems-focused on sustainability, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and green building initiatives.
- Performing other duties as required such as heating/cooling load calculations, duct/pipe sizing, equipment selections, system layouts, and coordination with other design disciplines.
- Developing detailed energy models and Life Cycle Cost Analysis for various building types.
- Performing Level 1 through 3 energy audits to assess energy consumption, evaluate HVAC performance, identify high-energy loads, and propose energy-saving measures.
- Performing site surveys, developing equipment inventories, evaluating proposed energy efficiency measures, and recommending improvements.
- Collaborating with sales staff to develop proposals in response to current and prospective client requests for proposals (RFPs). Reviewing draft proposals for adherence to firm, industry, state, local, and federal regulations and best practices. Engaging with existing and potential clients to review their current and future design needs.
- Attending conferences, symposia, and similar events to enhance the visibility of the firm's products and services in coordination with relevant sales staff.
- Provides technical guidance and training to more junior staff. Reviews the work of more junior staff.

The Role*
The Design Systems team at Coinbase plays a critical role in executing on our vision to create more economic freedom for the world, and is at the center of execution for products across the entirety of the company. Position Summary
The School of Music and Dance (SOMD) Graphic Designer and Multimedia Specialist (Specialist) serves as the primary print and digital designer for all SOMD projects, with a special emphasis on digital communications. The Specialist works closely with the Director of Strategic Communications & Marketing and SOMD Communications team in promoting events and academic departments to prospective and current students, parents, alumni, donors, and community members by creating visually impactful imagery.
The Specialist produces communications with a view to creating cohesive and consistent messages utilizing visual communication and visual identity principles. This position also supports SOMD auxiliary programs such as Community Music Institute, Chamber Music at Beall, and the Grammy-winning Oregon Bach Festival. The Specialist is the principal artistic content creator and is responsible for generating several new original pieces of communications artwork throughout the year. As a Senior Transportation Design Engineering Project Manager you will be a member of the DKS leadership team and will work closely with both local and cross-office teams to win and deliver work in our Transportation Engineering practice (focused on PS&E for transportation elements such as traffic signals, roadway lighting, signing/striping, temporary traffic control, ITS, and transportation related fiber optic communications).
What will you be doing?
Develop new client relationships for DKS and build on current client relationships, including partnerships with other consulting firms
Win and manage a variety of transportation engineering projects that you are passionate about, including all elements of the project life-cycle (pre-positioning, pursuit, negotiations, project planning, technical delivery, financial management, etc.)
Assure client satisfaction through implementation of our Client Experience (CX) and QC/QA initiatives
Work with, train, and mentor less experienced staff

Reporting to the Director, eCRMs Digital Product Management, the Senior Product Designer will be responsible for creating an AI-powered, user-centric experience that will be used by American Express Sales colleagues. This role will be pivotal in realizing our POA vision for CRM transformation by crafting compelling user interfaces and ensuring that key stakeholders are brought along throughout the multi-year initiative. The ideal candidate is a Salesforce Certified User Experience (UX) Designer and will enable consistent out-of-the box utilization of the Salesforce platform.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Partner with eCRMs Product and Engineering teams to define project requirements and create prototype interfaces for activities across the holistic Sales journey; effectively present design decisions and design strategy to partners and cross functional leadership.
+ Analyze user research, business insights, and other relevant data to determine user needs and requirements using human-centered design.
+ Create and maintain UI/UX resources such as content templates, samples, and guidelines to streamline the design process for designers and developers.
+ Proactively identify the right artifacts to create based on project needs and timeline
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree required with Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology preferred.
+ Minimum of 5-7 years professional experience in Product Design or UX.
+ Salesforce Certified User Experience (UX) Designer.
+ Highly skilled in Salesforce design language and platform landscape.
+ Expert knowledge of Figma.
