Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Web Design, Graphic Design, Human Factors or a related field.
Demonstrated work in the design or UX field, preferably in a corporate or product-focused environment (preferably in the form of a portfolio).
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including researchers, product managers, data analysts and engineers.
Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
Working knowledge of design software like Figma.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience working in design or user experience field with a portfolio demonstrating your experience.

What You'll Do:
Instructional Design & Development:
Design, develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate courses and training programs, including associated materials.
Guide projects from needs analysis through development and implementation.
