Desired Qualifications: • Understanding of physics-based engineering tools and workflows (CFD, heat transfer, modeling, optimization, mechanical) and/or computer science foundations (AI/ML, algorithms, data structures, optimization). • Experience building automation or tool integrations via APIs or MCPs or other workflow techniques; comfort automating multi-tool pipelines. • Familiarity with parametric CAD, geometry engines, and rules-based or free-form modeling in conceptual design. • Exposure to gas turbine or turbomachinery environments; aerodynamics experience is a plus. • Demonstrated learning agility to bring clarity to complex, cross-disciplinary problems with measurable impact. • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile principles. • Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills; comfortable interfacing across levels and geographies in a global organization. • Change-agent mindset with bias for early adoption and process improvement.
