General Support Provide flexible support across the Design Center warehouse and sales floor as business needs change. Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and leadership teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Perform other duties as assigned to support Design Center success. Physical & Work Environment A combination of warehouse and design sales floor environment. Regular standing, walking, bending, lifting, and staging of materials. Ability to lift, move, and stage materials as required. May require operation of warehouse equipment. Requirements Required: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes. Overview Program Dates: Summer: May through August Fall: September through December This intern will be part of the Web Marketing team and will follow Melaleuca graphic standards while applying and utilizing creative approaches to internal and external materials. They will have the opportunity to create a wide variety of materials; graphic elements including but not limited to website graphics, marketing materials, web design, and website maintenance. Able to work in Idaho Falls, Idaho for your program dates of approximately 90 days. Cumulative GPA of 3.75 or higher Some proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite required. Must be able to demonstrate a minimum level of online design work, freelance, school-based projects or equivalent. Javascript or CSS knowledge a huge plus. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, international team environment. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, being proactive and working on tight deadlines. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communications skills in English.
