Position Summary
The Junior Fire Alarm Designer will assist in creating compliant fire alarm system designs for commercial and residential projects. This role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn industry standards, codes, and emerging technologies in fire protection systems.
Key Responsibilities
+ Prepare fire alarm shop drawings under the guidance of the Design Manager using AutoCAD.
+ Develop knowledge of fire alarm system components, code compliance requirements, and industry standards.
+ Create design drawings within time and budget constraints in compliance with applicable codes.

This is a full-time year-round position paying $18-21/hour to start, with weekly pay.
