Qualifications
Education and Experience:

The Strategic Experience Designer will play a key role in enhancing AGS's design-to-installation journey by combining architectural design expertise with strong field knowledge. This role ensures that every project-from initial concept through installation-is planned, communicated, and executed with clarity, innovation, and a seamless customer and internal team experience.
This is a strategic role requiring strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of glazing systems, and the ability to translate field realities into smart design decisions.
Lead the development of design concepts, system layouts, and detailed drawings that reflect both architectural intent and field constructability.
Collaborate closely with project managers, estimators, engineers, and field teams to ensure alignment and a friction-free project experience.
