Responsibilities
UI/UX
Understand business challenges and requirements and turn ideas into concepts of design
Work both with analytical and creative skills to design unique and engaging user experience
Create outstanding mobile UI's across iOS and Android
Prepare UX outputs like sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, information architecture and interaction design for validation and delivery of the product.
Designing & Prototyping
Identify design problems and current design system to bring elegant and creative solutions with a full range of interaction design, visual design, and rapid prototyping skills for our iOS and Android platforms
Take a user-centered design approach and test assumptions with low / high fidelity prototypes.
Overall
Work with Product Managers to understand customers and create amazing user experiences
Facilitate a collaborative process with key stakeholders including development team, marketing team and BI team among others
Confidently presenting your ideas, designs and decisions and then guiding them to realization
Work closely with agile development team to refine and implement designs -able to work through ambiguity and deadline pressures.
Use customer insights and perform user tests, interviews to inform design decisions via qualitative and quantitative research
Show proven data that your solutions and designs are aligned with user expectations and worth to develop.
Experience Requirements
2+ years in designing UI/UX mobile product design aimed at the consumer (graphic design experience isn't counted)
Proven work experience in execution of UX
Proven UI design, motion graphics, illustration experience
Proven experience in leading product design process, including shown expertise in user research, wireframing and prototyping
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful UX journeys throughout its lifecycle
Proven ability to communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
Knowledgeable about sport, particularly football, and some interest in sports betting is desired but not mandatory
Is creative with an analytical approach and can easily switch between creative and analytical work
Excellent communicator of product decisions and the rationale behind them
Excited to travel internationally and meet new people
