Minimum Qualifications: * 5-7+ years of professional design experience, with a primary focus on web design and client-facing work. * Expert-level proficiency in Figma and related design tools. * A proven portfolio demonstrating advanced design execution, UX expertise, and measurable business impact. * Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead client meetings and internal critiques confidently. * Strong time management and organizational skills with experience managing multiple complex projects concurrently. * Demonstrated ability to work independently, contribute strategically, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. * Familiarity with design system creation, responsive design frameworks, and accessibility standards Bonus Points for Applicants With… (if you don't have these but are organized and want to learn, we want to hear from you!) * Familiarity with animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie, or similar) * Experience with Webflow * Strong cross-disciplinary skillset (e.g., branding, illustration, motion design, print) * Knowledge of the dental or healthcare industry (we work with lots of dentists!) * Experience working with small businesses or in a fast-paced agency environment
