Tiello has partnered with a leading industrial refrigeration contractor specializing in complex refrigeration systems for cold storage, food processing, distribution, and mission-critical facilities. This organization delivers full lifecycle refrigeration solutions including design, engineering, installation, and service, supporting some of the most demanding temperature-controlled environments in the country.
The Piping Designer will support refrigeration design and construction teams by developing detailed 3D models, layouts, and construction-ready drawings for industrial refrigeration piping systems. This role works closely with engineers, project managers, and field teams to ensure designs are accurate, coordinated, and optimized for constructability and installation efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed Revit models for refrigeration piping systems including suction, liquid, discharge, oil, and gas piping
Produce coordinated construction documents, layout drawings, and spooling packages
Collaborate with refrigeration engineers and project managers to interpret system designs and installation requirements
Coordinate piping layouts with structural, architectural, and mechanical trades to avoid clashes
Maintain accurate drawings, revisions, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Support constructability reviews and respond to field questions during installation
Assist with as-built documentation and project closeout drawings
Participate in coordination meetings as needed to support project delivery
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a piping designer or detailer using Revit
Experience supporting industrial or commercial mechanical construction projects
Strong understanding of piping systems, layouts, and isometric development
Proficiency in Revit and related BIM coordination tools
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and piping schematics
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active projects
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills
Experience with industrial refrigeration piping systems
Familiarity with ammonia, CO₂, or large-scale refrigeration applications
Knowledge of fabrication, installation sequencing, and field construction practices
Experience coordinating with BIM models from other trades
Exposure to Navisworks or similar clash detection tools
Understanding of construction documentation standards and best practices

Key Responsibilities for this Internship Include:
Development of a scalable, online game-based assessment designed to measure cognitive abilities at both the individual and team level. This work will directly support team effectiveness research and align with our existing cognitive ability model and assessments.
Internship Project: Gamified Team and Individual Cognitive Assessment
* Lead front-end and/or back-end development of the web-based game (e.g., UI implementation, game logic, data capture, or system integration).
* Contribute to the development of interactive gameplay features, including user flows, feedback systems, scoring logic, and progression mechanics.
* Assist in the design and implementation of game mechanics that validly and reliably measure cognitive, behavioral, and team interaction attributes aligned with established assessment models.
* Help design and implement data collection and instrumentation to ensure gameplay produces usable assessment data at both individual and team levels.
* Conduct usability testing and playtesting, gather user feedback, and assist in refining gameplay and interface design based on findings.
* Assist with debugging, optimization, and performance tuning to ensure a stable and scalable proof of concept.
Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Game Design/Development, Interactive Media, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or similar field.
* Strong foundation in virtual game design
* Understand online-based, gamified assessments
* Experience working with calculating scores based on actions taken in the game
* Ability to translate analytical outputs into business-relevant insights
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work on open-ended, exploratory problems
* Knowledge of accessibility standards and privacy regulations is preferred
* Familiarity with psychology, behavioral design and/or measurement theory is a bonus

Anderson Landscaping is solely involved in landscaping and groundskeeping work on commercial and residential landscaping projects. The type of work that Landscapers and groundskeepers will engage in is a non-agricultural type of work. These include, but are not limited to, landscaping or maintaining grounds of property using hands, power tools, or other equipment used in the landscaping profession. The workers typically perform various tasks, including sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Workers may also gather and remove litter and use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, hedges or bush trimmers, or axes. Workers may also operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snowblowers, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws. The workers may also water lawns, trees, or plants using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, and watering cans, prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears and pruners, or chainsaws. Workers must be able to lift, push, pull or carry up to 50 lbs.
There are six (6) openings for Landscaping and Groundskeepers for temporary, full-time employment.
Workers will be paid no less than $16.02 per/hour and $24.03 for all hours worked over 40 hours in one workweek; returning workers may be paid a higher wage rate due to experience, location, and merit. Overtime may be available but not guaranteed.
Workers must have at least three months of experience in landscape techniques.
The employer will provide on-the-job training to use equipment and safety techniques properly.
Employer will offer 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; depending on weather conditions, work on Saturdays may be required.
Workers are needed to begin work on 04/01/2023 through 12/15/2023.
The employer will assist the workers with housing accommodations by helping them contact local rental agencies.
The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid bi-weekly by check. The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
