Minimum requirements * Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Design * 1+ years of Industrial Design experience (experience may include academics, internships or co-ops) Preferred skills and experiences * 1+ years of professional Industrial Design experience in a corporate or consultant environment * 3D Computer modeling skills * Strong project management and planning skills * Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate communication across different disciplines * Strong decision-making abilities and self-motivation * Strong visual communication skills * Moderate to strong graphic design skills * Ability to adapt design intent through the development process RSRWH What we offer Generous benefits package, Whirlpool employee discount, fitness &; educational reimbursement programs, kitchenettes, and more!
