  • Senior Product Designer

    Creativex

Designer job in Cottage Grove, OR

CreativeX is creating a new category of marketing. We are working with the best marketers in the world to build a new global standard for creative analytics. Our technology helps the world's biggest, and best-loved brands make effective, data-driven creative decisions using our AI-driven SaaS technology. And we're doing it at a global scale. About the Role Over the last decade, CreativeX has powered millions of creative decisions for the world's largest and most sophisticated brands. We've been first to market with category-defining products, have best-in-class customer retention and growth, and we win on product every time. But as our platform evolves, we need to elevate the craft, clarity, and system-level cohesion of our product experience. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who will elevate and scale design thinking across our organization. While this is an individual contribute role, it is not a role for someone who wants to sit in a corner and ship polished screens on their own. This is a role for someone who wants to architect the rails for great design at scale, someone who will help an entire product & engineering org level up their design craft, and who will act as the guardian of the CreativeX product experience as we move from a product to a platform. What you'll do * Architect the design system, principles, and foundations that allow CreativeX to scale with clarity, consistency, and quality by ensuring every part of the platform feels like part of one expanding universe, not a collection of disconnected rooms. * Embed deeply with marketers and creative teams to understand their workflows, pressures, and pain points firsthand, thereby building an always-on feedback loop that replaces anonymous panels with true customer proximity. * Create and maintain the rails for scalable design: pattern libraries, UX frameworks, design rituals, shared toolkits, AI-based aids, and decision-making models that help PMs and engineers design with high quality by default. * Lead design thinking across product development, shaping upstream problem-framing, influencing product strategy with clarity and insight, and helping the team see around corners. * Bring a systems mindset to every decision, ensuring that our products interact intuitively as a holistic ecosystem rather than stand-alone features. You won't be walking into a blank slate, but rather inhering a complex product and you'll need to determine where to cut, where to add, and how to better stitch it all together. * Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Client Success, and Revenue to ensure our design principles translate into customer value, measurable impact, and a differentiated product experience. * Raise the bar for craft and communication, helping the team articulate the "why" behind decisions, simplify complexity, and bring customers along through clear, story-driven design. Who you are * Fanatical about customers, especially marketers: You understand their realities, pressures, and quirks. You care about how they work, what slows them down, what overwhelms them, and what delights them. * Someone who believes real insight comes from proximity, not panels: You build relationships, spend time in customer calls, and create feedback loops that are ongoing, not ad hoc. * A systems thinker who designs houses, not rooms. You instinctively think in patterns, interactions, hierarchies, and ecosystems. You see how decisions ripple outward and how to build a product universe that expands coherently. * Someone who elevates others' craft, not just their own. You love building tools, frameworks, and mental models that help PMs, engineers, and designers make better decisions without needing you in the room. * A storyteller who brings clarity to ambiguity. You can frame problems crisply, communicate design rationale clearly, and help cross-functional teams align on a shared understanding of the customer and the product. * A believer in both beauty and pragmatism. You care about craft and detail, but you also know how to balance polish with speed, exploration with focus, and idealism with constraints. * A student of product design. You study design systems, UX patterns, customer psychology, and product strategy. Experience with complex products in B2B spaces will help you hit the ground running here. * A strong partner and self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where clarity is earned, not given. What we offer: Fully paid medical, dental, and vision (US) and Private Medical Insurance and Health Cash Plan (UK) ️ Generous time off + bank holidays Education budget to be used for individual learning experiences or grouped with your team for joint learning Annual subscription to Calm and Headspace for your mental wellbeing Monthly coaching to talk to a trained professional about career goals, relationships, and personal development Competitive salary and commission plan including stock options, as we believe that everyone should have a stake in the business 4-month full pay parenting leave for all employees who have been with the company for one (1) year Employee contributions to a 401(k) once they have completed their eligibility period Compensation: $114,000 USD base salary + equity, plus benefits CreativeX provides equal employment opportunities for all applicants and employees.
