Overview
The Senior Graphic Designer will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-quality visual assets that align with our brand identity. This individual will collaborate with marketing, public relations, and operations teams to create compelling designs for digital, print, and environmental media. Responsibilities
· Responsible for all day to day and monthly creative admats for all Las Vegas related properties.
· Managing junior level designers with postproduction workflow.
· Managing all Creative projects within project management software i.e. Click Up, Monday.com, etc.
· Working closely with Vice President of Marketing & Marketing Team for all creative day to day needs.
· Develop and Design Marketing E-Blasts with Vice President of Marketing & Marketing Team.
· Overseeing all Food & Beverage Menu Designs and requests per property.
· Participating in all Creative brainstorm sessions and ideation with greater Carver Road teams.
· Ability to develop extensive brand kits, and mood boards when requested.
· Collaborate with Photographers, Videographers and other creatives on case-by-case basis.
· Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency throughout the board.
· Keeping Microsoft One Drive + All Creative Files always up to date and organized weekly.
· Staying up to date with design trends, industry best practices, and new technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
· Participate and collaborate time to time with other Carver Road sister properties on working file needs, and cohesiveness with other fellow Creative team members i.e. Designers.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree preferred in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
· 4-6 years' experience in past graphic designer roles. (hospitality and entertainment industry preferred).
· Experienced in Project Management Software i.e. Click Up, Monday.com, Base Camp, etc.
· Always willing to push the envelope and try new creative design.
· Proven track record of managing Jr. Designers + Production Team within the creative space.
· Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Light Room, Canva, and other related Graphic Design software + platforms.
· Additional knowledge and experience in Motion Graphics, Postproduction Photography & Videography Editing is a plus.

Creates and/or enhances drawings, illustrations, game themes, characters, symbols, and effects.
Creates computer-generated animation of UI, symbols, effects, and/or characters.
Using strong graphic design skill, provides 2D and/or 3D user interface screens and information/instruction graphics for incorporation into final games. Provides high-resolution art assets for print teams' utilization.

Qualifications
What we'll want you to have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Art, Animation or similar field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Master's Degree and art-related certifications or awards desirable.
8-11 years art development experience working with game designers and developers in the slot gaming industry (5-7 years if Master's Degree).
Expert life drawing skills and experience.
Fluent understanding of slot game art standards (theme, color, and gaming symbols).

Must be able to obtain and maintain Gaming licensure(s).

Work Environment:

A day in the life as a Designer...
+ Drive sales and a differentiated experience by providing enriching customer interactions, and providing elevated design offerings in the store, in-home and virtually with customers.
+ Create elevated designs for customers using the preferred design tools to create moodboards, 2D & 3D floor plans, product lists and customer presentations.
+ Lead design consultations in person (in-store or in-home) or via email, phone and virtual
+ Deliver projects in a timely manner and within determined timelines.
+ Possess a clear understanding of the brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel; Store, E-Commerce, Catalog.
+ Ensure full understanding and awareness of all product information, including characteristics, care information and staying informed with the competition and industry trends.
+ Deliver individual sales, KPI and service goals, productivity standards, and engage customers on the sales floor by demonstrating our selling skills.
+ Actively listen to the customer to identify which products will best meet their needs and communicate company loyalty services. (e.g. designer rewards, Design Trade Program, credit card etc).
