As a Telecom Designer for Olsson on the Data Center team, you will be responsible for working in a collaborative design environment to design low voltage, telecommunications, and audio/visual systems within the built Data Center environment. * .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

* Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.

Design Assistants play an integral role in supporting key phases of a design project's lifecycle in collaboration and partnership with RH Interior Design. They are innovators with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building and maintaining relationships.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide a luxury experience for clients through RH Interior Design services
Qualify and educate potential design clientele on services offered by the RH Interior Design
Provide support with all phases of the design process, including: consultations, site visits, design development, presentations and delivery
Produce brand appropriate presentations; communicating design concepts, space planning and product selections
Provide product expertise and elevated client service
Represent the RH lifestyle brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism
Maintain a strong interest in the luxury and design industry
Support the visual and quality standards within the Gallery
OUR REQUIREMENTS
Art, Architecture or Interior Design education preferred
Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
Hands-on interior installation experience preferred
People and relationship driven
Strategic and mental agility

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Mac Operating System, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related space planning/rendering programs preferred
Strong artistic skills, including hand rendering and sketching capabilities preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Licensed to drive preferred
Ability to travel locally or out of state
Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items, up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
Ability to maneuver effectively around Gallery floor, stock room, and office

Exquisite Software has a User Experience (UX) Designer opportunity. The ideal candidate for this User Experience (UX) Designer position will be able to conceive and conduct user research, interviews, and surveys, and translate them into sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes. This is a job for a creative thinker who enjoys working independently as well as collaborating with colleagues.
Responsibilities
Assisting other team members as needed (QA, data entry, production updates, resizing of graphics, etc.)
Teaming with business users and application developers to translate requirements into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Working closely with other members of the digital marketing team on the development of new initiatives
Completing usability testing on prototypes or finished products to assess the quality of a user experience
Areas of focus may be content, controls, visual design, packaging, customer/technical support, branding, and other aspects of user experience
Producing tools such as personas, usage scenarios, site maps, taxonomies, and wireframes
Utilize results from user research and workflow analysis to make riveting experiences for users of a product- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience
Strong skills using design software applications and tools
Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
Experience using Web Accessibility and testing tools (e.g. Lighthouse, Google Accessibility Developer Tools)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills are a huge plus for this position
Able to use graphic design, video editing, web development, and photography applications such as Adobe Creative Suite
Strong familiarity with product development
UI UX And Design experience desired
Expertise in UX/UI Design
A portfolio featuring UX (wireframes/prototypes/other UX artifacts) and visual design work
3+ years of experience within the digital design/UX industry
Understanding of prototype/mockup software (e.g. Sketch, Balsamiq, Zeplin)
Requirements
5 years of professional UI design experience (Bachelor's degree preferred)
3 years of professional UX design experience
Experience in user research is a bonus
A portfolio of outstanding design work on web apps including consumer-facing products
Understanding of design systems and modern UI trends
Experience working with Sketch/ InVision, Figma, Adobe Suite, in addition to user flow tools
Experience working in a team that had both UX and UI disciplines; Knowledgeable on the difference between UX and UI, their roles in an Agile development system, and the dynamic contribution of each role
Team player with strong communication skills
Self-starter looking to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the healthcare domain a plus
