What a Landscape Designer does: Collaborate within a team setting to deliver innovative, high-end design solutions. Share design input and provide constructive feedback to strengthen overall project outcomes. Conduct site surveys, inventories, and analyses to assess existing conditions and identify design opportunities. Contribute to design development using both hand-rendered techniques and digital tools, including AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and 3D modeling & rendering tools such as Sketchup and Lumion. Communicate clearly and consistently-both verbally and in writing-with McHale Landscape Design colleagues and clients. Build knowledge of construction details while sharpening attention to detail. Participate in client meetings and assist with project layouts as needed. Deliver quality work while managing tight deadlines effectively. Collaborate with Project Managers and Field Managers to problem-solve throughout the design process. Requirements You will be a great fit if you have: Minimum 5 years of Residential Landscape Design and/or Architecture experience. Bachelor's degree in landscape design or landscape architecture or associated major. Proficiency in the following programs is preferred: Vectorworks (or similar CAD program), Sketch-up, Photoshop, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs.
