Position Summary: The Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering high-impact visual assets that support Priority Footwear's brand, marketing strategy, and customer experience. This role develops and executes creative content across digital and print platforms to ensure brand consistency and market competitiveness. The designer collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Leadership to translate project requirements into compelling visuals that align with organizational objectives and support commercial growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative visual concepts and provide creative input for digital and print media including static, animated, and video formats. Design brand marketing materials for digital advertising, social media, website, emails, printed literature, display, out-of-home, point of purchase. Execute in-house photo retouching and editing for all imagery assets. Maintain consistency across all imagery, including color accuracy, lighting, contrast, and brand look-and-feel. Create and edit motion graphics in Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro or other animation tools to enhance campaign visuals. Edit and refine video content for clarity, pacing, and brand alignment across all marketing channels, a plus. Manage visual projects from concept through production, ensuring consistency in color management, typography, layout design, and overall aesthetic quality. Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work. Collaborate closely with marketing, product development and leadership to craft compelling visual narratives that align with strategic goals. Maintain an organized workflow by managing files efficiently within digital asset libraries while adhering to brand guidelines. Research, identify, and monitor design trends, analyzing competitors and cross-industry brands to stay ahead of the curve and for creative insights. Stay up to date on industry best practices, tools, and techniques in graphic design. Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects across branding, digital art, motion graphics, and print media. Graphic design degree or art background Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with motion design or animation tools (After Effects, Premier Pro), a plus. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Complete transformer mechanical design including internal and external layout of components and accessories based on documentation provided in project design folder, standard practices, and/or from technical advisors. Calculate dimensions, allowances, and specifications per standard procedures or general design knowledge of shop capabilities when standard procedures do not exist. Verify and update programs. Provide technical support and training of others. Assist the supervisor in the planning and scheduling of the design and detailing processes. Responsible for directing or executing corrective action when shop problems are encountered. Consult with shop and QA personnel on interferences or interpretation of engineering information. Assist on development projects as requested by supervisor. This may also include completion of standard processes or practices and computer programs. Recommend and develop new procedures to improve the efficiency of the design and/or detailing process. Provide support to Quote Designers, such as bid or preliminary outlines and mechanical optimization. Essential Skills & Qualifications + OSP Design Experience: Strong background in outside plant design and utility relocation. + Technical Proficiency: Skilled in AutoCAD, GIS, and Civil Map for design and mapping tasks. + Education: Associate degree in Civil Engineering, AutoCAD Design, or related technical field. + Experience: 1-3 years in utility relocation or a closely related discipline. + Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting. + Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities; ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. Preferred Qualifications + Advanced experience with AutoCAD, GIS, and Civil Map. + Familiarity with civil engineering projects and roadway design impacts. Creating schematics and wiring diagrams for customers and manufacturing purposes using control design and cad programs. Reviewing customer specifications and including standard and non-standard equipment and circuitry. Creating bills of materials for manufacturing. Troubleshooting electrical designs during manufacturing and testing. Interpret customer drawing and equipment changes and incorporate into the control scheme. Complete control component panel layouts for enclosures including relays, terminal blocks, circuit breakers, switches, wire duct and additional components. Communicate with mechanical designers, manufacturing personnel, customers and vendors. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Review customer requirement specification and interpret features into the control design. Create schematic ladder drawings, panel layouts and point to point wiring diagrams for customer review and manufacturing process using electrical design program E3 by Zuken or alternate ECAD system. Create bills of materials that include control enclosure, components and wire. Prepare documentation that will assist in the mechanical design of the transformer Incorporate revisions into design based on customer request after design review. Designer will be responsible for troubleshooting the design during manufacturing working with manufacturing and test operators. Research new components used in control design KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Ability to work under minimal supervision for design questions or technical problems. Strong work ethic and a Team player. Self-motivated Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Understanding of the function of relays, circuit breakers, PLCs, panel building and other control items. Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite Working knowledge of CAD design tools Understanding of shop methods, industry standards and wiring procedures EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Required Education / Experience Associate's Degree in Control circuits, equivalent training in the Armed Services or approved equivalent in the industry with minimum 3-5 years design experience.
