• Communicate with Store Managers and District Managers regarding each store visual merchandising successes and opportunities.
• Must provide daily and concise follow-through on all areas of merchandising via email.
• Must provide in the moment training to motivate and coach store teams about visual merchandising standards and maintenance.
• Lead and support visual merchandising aspects of new store openings/store remodels.

Job Purpose: To collaborate with the client through the planning process, develop unique and innovative remodeling solutions, and prepare clear and accurate documentation for Production.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Meet with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and investment levels
Present and sell Design and Construction Agreements
Develop creative design concepts and detailed work scopes that align with client goals
Document existing site conditions accurately
Collaborate with Estimators, Engineers, Architects, Mosby Sales Consultants, and Project Managers to ensure project success
Provide superior customer service and build long-term client relationships
Participate in tradeshows, seminars, webinars, and other company events as requested
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education in Interior Design or Architecture
5+ years of experience in Residential Design preferred
Minimum of 3 years working one on one with clients to determine their design needs, budget, material selections and executing sales contracts
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and CAD Programs (Chief Architect program is a plus)
Excellent organization, communication and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to successfully manage several projects at a time
Perform duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
Prior working relationships with vendors and subcontractors
Have & maintain clean, reliable transportation to use for client appointments around the St. Louis & Southern Illinois area
Ability to work nights and weekends

About the Role:
The Design & Drafting Technician Intern will work closely with engineers and CAD technicians to develop detailed design drawings and project documentation. This internship provides exposure to real-world drafting practices and the technical skills needed in civil design.
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Update and revise design plans based on engineering redlines and field data
Organize and maintain drawing files, project folders, and plan sets
Support preparation of exhibits for client meetings and project submissions
Learn industry drafting standards and best practices for accuracy and quality
Qualifications:
