WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:DESIGN & PLANNING
Meet with residential and commercial clients to understand their needs, style, and site goals.
Create landscape plans, 2D/3D renderings, and plant/hardscape layouts using tools like AutoCAD, Dynascape, SketchUp, or similar.
Ensure all designs are buildable, code-compliant, and aligned with company standards and budget guidelines.
Collaborate with the sales team to present proposals and revise designs as needed.
CLIENT COMMUNICATION
Guide clients through the visioning, proposal, and final design selection process.
Communicate clearly and confidently about scope, cost, materials, and timelines.
Provide on-site walk-throughs as needed during design and installation.
TEAM COLLABORATION
Work closely with the production manager, project crew leaders, and estimators to ensure seamless handoff and execution.
Assist with vendor sourcing for plants, materials, and hardscape features.
Support marketing with before-and-after photos, project stories, and design features.
PROJECT SUPPORT & FOLLOW-UP
Conduct occasional post-installation visits to ensure design intent was met and customer expectations exceeded.
Maintain organized files and clear records of all designs, revisions, and client interactions.
