Responsibilities
The Main Desk Receptionist is responsible for NKC reception, telephone, and message services. The position is also responsible for other Office Services duties; for operating telephone equipment and observing Office Services procedures; and performing project duties, when required.
Qualifications
Equivalent of high school graduate level training with office-related subjects. Equivalent of six months of previous receptionist experience. Typing speed of 40-50 wpm
Shift
Mon- Fri, Full-time 40 hours, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Position Overview: The Welcome Desk Receptionist is responsible for the successful operation of the 360 Communities front desk and lobby area. The Welcome Desk Receptionist ensures clients, guests, vendors and donors receive the highest level of customer service. This position is the first impression of the organization and must be personable, knowledgeable, and patient. A few of the responsibilities of the Housing Support Worker include:
- Create a positive first impression of the organization; in point of entry, written, verbal, and electronic communication, and physical environment. Greet all guests into a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment.
- Promote and maintain knowledge of all 360 Communities programs and activities and connect individuals to the appropriate program based on their need.
- Maintain knowledge of other community resources that 360 Communities does not provide and refer individuals to other resources based on their needs.
- Manage the front desk and lobby area, including answering and returning phone calls, emails, and website inquiries within 24 hours.
- Schedule Resource Center appointments (i.e. Virtual Intake, Legal Kiosk, etc.) at both Burnsville and Rosemount. Complete sign up for other Resource Center programs (i.e. Financial Empowerment, homework help, school supplies, etc.).
Qualifications
- High school diploma and/or a minimum of one year of administrative or customer service experience.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and use of database systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, reliable and punctual.
- Applicants must have experience with socially, economically or culturally diverse populations and have high emotional capacity.
- Secondary language preferred.

JOB SUMMARY
Greets hospital visitors, patients and vendors at the Information and Guest Services Desk. Provides assistance and directions to anyone requiring such. Qualifications
Education: Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in reception, resort hotel, hospitality and/or public relations is required. Three (3) years reception experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
