Physical Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (What is required to perform the Essential Duties?)

Key Responsibilities:Clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles, ensuring they meet dealership standards.Wash, wax, and polish vehicles to restore their appearance and protect the exterior.Vacuum and shampoo vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, and upholstery.Clean windows, mirrors, and all other vehicle surfaces.Apply protective finishes to vehicles, as needed.Perform inspections to ensure all work meets dealership and customer expectations.Maintain a clean and organized work area, including detailing equipment and supplies.Report any necessary vehicle repairs or damages to the service department.Assist with other tasks, such as moving vehicles, as needed.Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required.Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
