Reports to the Service Director
Job Summary:
The Detail/Facility Maintenance team is responsible for the general maintenance of the dealership and inventory to ensure a safe, clean environment for our customers and employees. The Detailing position, in specific, will be predominately responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and finished detailing of each unit delivery in accordance with pre-delivery inspection and TGORV guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow a schedule to oversee continuous detailing of units. This includes (but is not limited to) vacuuming cabinets, windowsills, and floors, mopping floors, cleaning toilets, sinks, and showers, and cleaning inside all compartments.
Establishing a routine that allows the deliverance of high-quality service at a pace that allows the employee to perform ahead of Pre-Delivery Inspection.
Inspecting finished product to ensure standards and quality of service positively represents TGORV.
Complete all assigned duties that may change from time-to-time according to manager needs, staffing levels and working circumstances including but not limited to:
Sweeping and mopping building and power washing the shop
Cleaning the inside and outside of windows
Monitoring bathrooms
Refilling toilet paper and paper towels
Emptying trash bins throughout the dealership
Dusting the showroom and offices
Maintaining the kitchen/break room area
Attend all meetings required to further enhance the execution of goals, the implementation of strategy, and the team-driven mindset of our company.
Read, respond to, and send daily emails ensuring participation, effectively keeping each member of our team and each vendor we retain up to date on the Parts Clerk's role in company-wide efforts.
Answer phone calls whenever needed in accordance with TGORV guidelines.
Implement daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals both personally set and set in alignment with TGORV leadership.
Reporting any safety issues immediately to management.
Other Duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Create and manage detailed 3D piping models in Revit for mechanical and plumbing systems.

Identify and resolve coordination conflicts using clash detection tools.
Maintain modeling standards and documentation across multiple active projects.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field foremen to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Generate RFIs as required

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR ORGANIZATION
3+ years of experience in piping BIM detailing.
Proficiency in Revit, Fabrication CADmep, and other BIM tools.
Strong understanding of mechanical/piping systems and construction methods.
Proven ability to produce fabrication drawings and support shop workflows.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, SysQue database, Autodesk point layout and Bluebeam is a plus.
Familiarity with prefabrication workflows, field coordination, and laser scan integration is preferred.
BIM or Revit certification preferred.
Familiarity with Lean or VDC processes is a plus.

Washes vehicle exterior cleans interior and exterior windows and wipes down doorjambs.
Applies wax to auto body, and wipes or buffs surface as needed.
Vacuums interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris.

As a Detailer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful coordination and execution of mechanical and pipe/plumbing systems within a project. Your primary responsibilities include reviewing plans, specifications and submittals to accurately design and coordinate plumbing, piping, and sheet metal systems. You will identify and communicate any design issues to engineers and GC's, ensuring seamless integration of all systems. In a design-build environment, you will collaborate closely with engineers from the conceptual design phase through to the final drawing and detailing of mechanical systems. You will be responsible for generating clear and precise drawings that serve as a guide for field teams to efficiently install and prefabricate systems.
**Overall Purpose:** To design, coordinate, and produce detailed drawings for mechanical systems, facilitating prefabrication and installation while ensuring project success.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Must use Fabrication CADmep to detail job.
- Must be able to download shop drawings to fab shop.
- Must be able to communicate with engineers and field foremen.
- Must be able to help project managers review submittals.
- Must be able to order materials from CAD generated material list.
- Must be able to find the cleanest and most cost-effective route for all systems.
**Clerical:** Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, such as word processing, spreadsheet maintenance, managing files and records, and other office procedures, software, and terminology.
**Customer and Personal Service:** Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
**Communication:** Effectively communicating as appropriate for the needs of the audience. Excellent communication skills in both oral and written forms.

**Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Licenses/Certifications required):**
- High School Diploma required
- 2 - 3 years related experience; 3 - 5 years field foremen experience preferred
- Must be willing to attend Fabrication CADmep, AutoCAD and Revit training.
- Must be able to read and understand all construction plans and specifications.
- Must be able to read and review all submittals and make corrections.
- Must be able to enter a job site and verify existing conditions.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Position is largely sedentary, some walking, bending, and standing.
- Position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Position requires work on a computer for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities
Complete all necessary steps to thoroughly clean customer vehicles to a high standard based on wash package selected.
Enthusiastically greet customers, assist customers into and out of vehicles, provide clear direction to customers, alert management when cleaning of vehicle is complete.
Drive vehicles onto and off conveyor, program wash type and send vehicle; shut off conveyor if obstructions are in the way of moving vehicles in the tunnel; watch traffic flow and be aware of surroundings.
Maintain a safe, clean and organized environment year-round to ensure a positive visit for every customer including but not limited to: picking up trash, sweeping and hosing areas visible to customers, pulling weeds, shoveling snow and salting customer areas.
Wash and dry towels and carry buckets of towels to stations. Fill and stock cleaning supplies. Dig car wash trench, sweep and hose back rooms / storage rooms as needed. Clean wash equipment, windows, doors, and walls; empty trash cans and vacuum canisters.
Follow Waterway policies, procedures, guidance, and instructions, including and especially those related to safety.
Various other functions as identified and directed by management.
Physical Requirements
Environmental - will work outdoors year-round, and be exposed to wide temperature variations, sunshine, wet weather (rain, snow), humidity, wet surfaces, gasoline and exhaust fumes, machinery and moving parts, and brief exposure to car wash tunnel noise.
Physical - periods of extended standing, bending, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, drive vehicles, reach above and below shoulder level. Complete tasks at a fast pace, sustain consistent physical effort, sustain continuous and prolonged standing and movement. Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and maintain a calm and professional disposition in all circumstances.
Vision and Hearing - Far and near visual acuity, peripheral vision and depth perception. Hear, understand, and distinguish speech from other sounds (e.g., alarms, horns, vehicles, and equipment).
Language - must be able to fluently speak and understand English when communicating with other team members, managers, and customers for business related purposes.
Attendance - maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance. Work as assigned schedule which may be irregular and include weekends, extended hours, overtime, and holidays.
