We are currently seeking an experienced Detail Technician in Flint, MI. This role is on-call, and when you are called in, you are guaranteed a full 8-hour shift.
You will be on your feet in a fast-paced, outdoor environment detailing auction vehicles. You will also be responsible for documenting vehicle conditions and maintaining service quality standards.
Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays. Odorzx must be your top priority - when we call, you're expected to respond and service the client promptly. Most assignments will come with at least 24 hours' notice; however, there may be situations where same-day service is needed.
Responsibilities
Clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles.
Operate cleaning equipment and maintain company quality standards.
Document and report vehicle conditions accurately.
Work independently.
Meet processing and standardization requirements consistently.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience.
On-Call: Flexible availability required. When called in, you are guaranteed a full 8-hour shift.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of related experience required (automotive service, detailing, or similar).
Prior experience with cleaning equipment and detailing tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized manner.
Comfortable standing, walking, and bending outdoors in all weather conditions.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years).
Prior experience driving a variety of vehicles (cars, trucks, vans).
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must have reliable transportation.
Professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail are a must.

Clean, wax, polish, refurbish and detail vehicles that were collision damaged, as well as old and new vehicles.
Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service.
Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements.

Cleans every new and used car delivery, rental, service guest vehicle, and spot delivery before the vehicle leaves the dealership or is shown to a guest.
Applies revitalizers and preservation agents to interior vinyl or leather surfaces and treats fabrics with spot- and stain-resistant chemicals.
Drives vehicle from locked parking lot to guest/service consultant after completion of service visit and removes all floor, seat and wheel coverings.
