The Detailer is responsible for producing accurate, code-compliant door and hardware schedules and coordinating opening requirements in alignment with contract documents, specifications, and project needs. This role prepares detailed submittals, shop drawings, and supporting documentation, ensuring projects meet quality, compliance, and timeline expectations. Essential Functions Review sales sheets, purchase orders, plans, and specifications for accuracy in estimated quantities, pricing, and project requirements. Detail and schedule openings, materials, and hardware to ensure compliance with contract documents, local codes, and customer expectations. Verify product costs, enter costs during the scheduling process, and compare to estimated costs to ensure budget alignment.
