DC is seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative team member to support the accurate fabrication and execution of heavy timber and framing systems. This role is responsible for interpreting architectural and structural drawings, modeling framing systems, producing shop and assembly drawings, and performing detailed material takeoffs in support of estimating, procurement, and field execution.
Daily responsibilities include reviewing plans and engineering markups, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and maintaining clear, organized documentation throughout the lifecycle of a project.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Model framing systems in 3D (CADwork or similar) and produce shop and assembly drawings
Perform detailed material takeoffs to support estimating and procurement
Review architectural and structural plans, engineering markups, addendums, and RFIs, and update documentation accordingly
Coordinate with project managers, designers, sales, and construction teams to resolve design questions and avoid field conflicts
Communicate project details clearly and maintain organized, accurate documentation
Support continuous improvement of workflows, standards, and internal processes
Other duties as assigned, consistent with the scope of the role
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
Experience with 3D CAD modeling (CADwork preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
Knowledge of building components and construction practices
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Education and Experience:
Construction plan reading experience required
Carpentry or field construction experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform computer-based work for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs

Summary
We are seeking an experienced detailer for our dealership. Our detailers clean and refurbish new and used automobiles as requested by management and the service department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Job duties for the experienced detailer will include (but are not limited to):
Washing exterior of vehicles
Waxing and buffing vehicles to protect surface and preserve shine
Vacuuming interior of vehicles
Cleaning upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces
Cleaning engine and engine compartments with steam cleaning and cleaning agents to remove grime
Apply special purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials. Must be able to follow recommendations of product manufacturers.
Qualifications:
Dealership/Automotive detail experience preferred. Must be detail oriented and be able to follow instructions.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
Extended working hours may be required. Must be able to work with strong detergents and chemicals. Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions. Must be able to enter and exit most types of vehicles. Bending and twisting are required in most detail jobs.
