General maintenance duties include but are not limited to gathering and emptying trash, service cleaning, and supply restrooms. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming, also strip, seal, finish, and polish floors. Clean windows and mirrors. Dust furniture, walls, fixtures, and office machines. Sweep outdoor walkways, trim vegetation, or grass. Keep grounds free of litter and weeds.

Ability to work independently over long periods of time within the scope of established rules and regulations.
