RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise detailing operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and laws as well as TSA, Customs and Security Regulations * Ensure the safety and security of detailing operations, adhering to the highest industry standards and best practices * Direct and coach activities of the station operations while affecting positive change within the operation and promoting adherence to company policies and procedures * Provide excellent Customer Service * Ensure proper and timely detailing of aircrafts * Attention to detail * Brings their "A" game every day with energy and enthusiasm, respect for their team, and the highest regard for safety * May be assigned other duties as required QUALIFICATIONS * 18 years of age or older * Eligible to work in the United States * Valid State Driver's License with a verifiable safe vehicle operating record * Experience in aircraft or vehicle detailing * One year of customer service experience * Must have a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record * Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents * Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices * Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means * Pass a background check and drug screen * Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable) * Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential requirement satisfactorily.
